Pipe Network Flushing: Gage (GCT Qatar) provides the following Pipe network Flushing services:
• Dynamic flushing of closed systems in accordance with the latest BSRIA guide BG 29/2011
• Pre-commission cleaning of closed systems to the latest BSRIA guide BG 29/2011
Additionally Gage not only provides Flushing Equipment on Rental basis but also provides a complete Solution by offering:

System contaminants like mill scale & construction debris will inevitably be found in newly fabricated pipe networks. If allowed to remain in the system, they will make the system prone to blockage. These contaminants also initiate corrosion & microbial activity.
During flushing operation, by ensuring 10% more than the operation velocity the particles which could have come online during operation are not only removed but larger particles (10% larger) are also removed.
